Common Muscle and Joint Pain Does Not Require Surgery: TCM Can Help You Better Treat and Recover, Surgery Has No Effect

Recently, several patients who have undergone surgery have sought me out, keeping me quite busy. I've wanted to share some common knowledge because, in Western medicine, for joint and muscle pain, apart from using painkillers that can cause severe damage to internal organs, there are no effective solutions. Consequently, a large number of surgeries have become their final option when they run out of alternatives. In fact, surgery has no significant effect in alleviating pain. As seen in Picture 1 and 2, which depict a patient who had polio since childhood, his right leg has completely atrophied due to polio, so all his weight is now borne by his left leg. This has led to excessive pressure on his left leg, causing severe wear and tear on his waist and knees. A few years ago, unable to bear the pain, he underwent knee surgery. As you can see in Picture 2, there is a deep and terrifying surgical scar, but the pain remains. Furthermore, since both legs are unable to bear the load, and according to the holographic correspondence where the shoulder corresponds to the hip, the elbow to the knee, and the hand to the foot, his shoulders also developed severe pain issues, and he underwent surgery with scars similar to those on his knee. However, even after the surgery, the pain persists, and his condition has even weakened further.

After several sessions of acupuncture and herbal treatments, his recovery was rapid. He stated that he can now walk for fifteen to thirty minutes without feeling any pressure, and he's very happy about it. As it's approaching Christmas at the end of the year, he joyfully mentioned he would visit his two adorable granddaughters in another state, free from the torment of illness and in a very pleasant mood!

The second patient case involved a lumbar spine surgery, with clearly visible surgical scars (Picture 3 & Picture 4). My patients don't need to tell me where it hurts or what ailments they have; I can tell at a glance. Each time I identify that a patient has back pain, they confirm that Western medicine has diagnosed issues with their L4-L5 vertebrae, but it never resolves the problem. The structure of the lumbar spine is relatively more delicate, and once the scar tissue from surgery compresses the nerves, the pain is unbearable. I once met an elderly gentleman who, due to increasing pain after surgery, was forced to undergo more surgeries. By the time he found me to solve the problem, he had already undergone several operations, with surgical scars extending from his waist to his buttocks, and then to his thigh, a sight that was truly distressing.

In contrast, many patients, especially those who had scheduled surgeries, found me during the waiting period. As a result, they recovered before the surgery was due and happily canceled their operations, which is quite fortunate as they avoided the suffering of surgery. However, it's never too late to understand TCM. Before planning for surgery, it might be worth visiting a TCM practitioner. If there's significant improvement within three sessions, it means you've found the right person, and you can avoid the unnecessary hassle of surgery. I hope to help more people.
